Not everyone has what it takes to work with vulnerable young people. If you do, you'll find our career-boosting volunteer programme structured, innovative and challenging.
It starts with six sessions of intensive training to help us decide if we're right for each other. If we are, we'll twin you with a full-time worker who will support you all the time you're with us.
Everyone who volunteers with us gains an accredited qualification, on-the-job training and help with placements.
Around 90% of our volunteers go on to gain employment. In return, you'll commit to working with us for at least one day a week.
